Vintage Reproduction of Antique 18” Baby Character All Porcelain Girl Doll

Cute reproduction of antique doll character baby girl!!!
She is about 18” tall; knees are bent. All porcelain; some cleaning is needed. Unmarked. Her face is beautifully painted. Some marks to her bottoms - missing paint (see photos). Her molded hair is not fully painted due to doll wearing a wig (not attached) which feels like human hair.
Doll needs some restringing
She is wearing a new dress, undergarment dress, pantaloons and socks. No shoes. Antique bonnet- few hols, missing ribbon on one sire, some stains.
