Vintage Bisque Porcelain K *R 117 "Mein Leibling" Repro Kit Makes 16" Doll

Description

This doll is from the estate of my grandmother who was a doll maker and collector. It is a fine quality vintage reproduction that has never been used and has been carefully stored for at least 20 years.  I am not a doll expert but I have done my best to research the item and pass on what I know.
This little doll is a reproduction of a Kammer and Reinhart 117. The head is marked "K*R 117" and intitials M.L.
She has a swivel head and porcelain shoulder plate (not yet attached), porcelain arms and porcelain legs to the knee. The eyes are beautifully lined and painted gray-green. The face has soft tinted cheeks and a sweet little dimple in the chin. There are no defects in any of the pieces. She is a lovely little doll and will be so much fun to assemble and dress!
