Vintage Astatic D-104 HiZ Crystal Microphone with T-UG9 Stand-Works Great!

Description

1960’s era Astatic model D104 chrome “lollipop” style crystal microphone with T-UG9 stand. The microphone has a 6 foot attached coil cable with a standard 1/4” mono plug. This D-104 is an amplified model, and the output is really hot! A brand new 9 volt battery has been installed to the internal T-UG9 two-stage silicon amplifier which was Astatic’s top of the line at the time. The Astatic “super talk power crystal” element has been tested and is providing very strong output.
There is some wear to the finish and pitting to the chrome as seen in the photos. Still a very nice looking mic in good working condition with very cool classic retro style.
