    Description

    This is a reproduction of a Simon & Halbig doll. She is 27" tall and is dressed in a Victorian Era dress and bonnet. She has undergarments consisting of a pantaloons and a underblouse. She has knee socks and shoes. The pantaloons elastic waist band needs replaced. Her wig is marked, "Playhouse Collection" 100% Modacrylic Fiber from Japan Made in Korea. Her wig could use some tender loving care. There are many videos online that tells how to care for Modacrylic Fiber. I see no visible cracks or chips on her anywhere. There is something written just below her chest, that I cannot quite make out. It's photo number 9. It looks to read, 'DIPOSE' or 'DIFOSE'. Anyone who knows what it reads and the meaning of the word, please let me know, thanks!
    This doll belonged to my Mother and she had it displayed in an antique children's Victorian rocking chair for years in her parlor. I hope you enjoy it as much as she did.
